Your satisfaction is our goal! If for any reason you are not satisfied please let us know within 7 days after the service has been done; we are committed to make any necessary changes to accommodate you. Beyond 7 days we are not responsible. No refunds!

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions due to the treatment. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please notify your service provider immerdiately.
Right To Conduct Service:
Our Salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone having improper conduct, or their behaviors may jeopardize the effects of our salon.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the appointment was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.
